CV

Chris Long is a contemporary printmaker and an award winning composer based in Royal Leamington Spa in the UK.

Chris graduated from the University of Liverpool with a first class degree in fine art and music, gained his Masters degree in composition from the University of Newcastle and his PhD from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.

As a printmaker he works mainly with relief and intaglio collagraph techniques. He is a published composer and a British Composer Award winner.

He is Director of Music and Performing Arts and a Senior Leader in Education at a school in the West Midlands.
